Mr Hawk

Mr Hawk is waiting for breakfast!! We have a gazillion sparrows eating the chicken feed and hang out in the dried asparagus ferns which are about 6 feet tall. When the chickens make a racket you know who is visiting for a meal... DH went out and cut them down yesterday. The sparrows have moved into the cedar trees away from the chickens.

This is the sort of thing that I miss in not living back at the ranch in northern California. Watching the birds, and other animals that visited. The momma skunk waddling, with her little row of babies following behind. They do walk rather like a Pekinese dog. We’ve had some nice weather.
Pippa, the cat, loves sitting in my large bedroom window looking at deer and stalking the jays that land on the pine branches nearby. xx bj

Wow, that is a pretty big Mr. Hawk. Oh, how I love watching birds too. Hugs Judy
