Halloween Owl

Nancy Tracy, http://www.be-stitched.com/, has a new pattern the tatted owl. Fun project and works up quickly.

Hobby Lobby has nice glass balls to decorate with. I added some paints and swirl it around. It takes time because the paint moves slowly. Then tat a crown for the top. The pattern comes from an old Handy Hands Newsletter. Works up quickly and fits very nice.

Hello Linda,

Your tatted Christmas ball is very pretty as is your Halloween Owl. Good luck with your double wedding quilt. It looks like you have a great start. Hugs Judy

You tatted the owl too! It took me forever because I kept doing it wrong!

Thank you ladies for your comments.. I was confused with the instructions so I followed the diagram. I like a pattern that has both to follow.
