CQ Top Strip

 I found this little bird and it fits in this space. Lots of different combination stitches found on an antique quilt. The white butterfly is decorated with lots of beads.

These butterflies are hand stitched. It is hard to see the outer wings on the bottom butterfly. Might have to run black thread through it.  A bouquet of stem stitched, silk ribbon roses with lots of leaves, branches and beads. The silk ribbon I hand dyed. Love to do my own dying and it is much cheaper!!

 

The top strip I just finished with all the stitches. I am over half way on the top...
