Progress on the CQ Block. The blue bird outline in blue is hard to see among the silk ribbon flowers. But it makes it interesting for people to look at and then come back and see something they missed. I have watched people look at my CQ quilt and wander off but come back and look at it again.
Fly Catcher watching over the young while the mate hunts for food. The nest is directly below and they are always hungry. I enjoy watching them while swimming.

So much detail to see on the CQ quilt! I am amazed at all the stitching you do!
I love your tatting. I have all the threads, but I have never attempted a project. Beautiful.
Your new doily looks lovely and I really like your crazy quilt block... it has a lot of pretty detail! :) x
The start of your doily is very pretty!! :)
The tatting is gorgeous!
Your tatting is beautiful. I love the variegated purple and white thread you're using!
You mentioned that people will look at your crazy quilting and then wander off only to come back and look at it again. That's one of the things I love about crazy quilting, is that there are so many details to see and each time a person sees something a little different/new. Yours is crazy quilt block is coming along nicely!
Thanks for linking up to last week's Stitchery Link Party and for linking back! Hugs!
